Boe Hartman

Boe Hartman is one of the Co-founders and CTO of NoMi Health. He brings over 25 years of global technology and banking experience to the team from some of the most innovative companies in the industry. His most recent role before joining NoMi Health was with Goldman Sachs as the integration lead for the Firmwide Digital Strategy Group, which was primarily focused on the firm’s institutional businesses move to be a more digital experience. He was a member of the Engineering Risk Committee focused on securing Goldman Sachs technology and customer experience as the firm moved its lines of business to be more digital.

Boe started at Goldman Sachs as the head of Consumer Technology, which launched Marcus by Goldman Sachs and an white label credit card offering platform. He also served as co-chief information officer of Goldman Sachs Bank USA. He was co-head of the Technology Hiring Committee, an advisor of the Disability Interest Forum, and diversity intern champion for the Technology Division. Boe joined Goldman Sachs as a managing director in 2015 and was named partner in 2018.

Prior to joining the firm, he served as chief information officer at Barclaycard, where he was accountable for leading the technology and aligned change communities that supported Barclaycard globally, with responsibility for managing billions of transactions across Barclaycard’s financial products. Before joining Barclaycard, Boe spent 13 years with CapitalOne, where he held a variety of leadership roles across IT and Operations, including positions as vice president for both Consumer Sales and Service Infrastructure and the Strategic Infrastructure and Transformation team. He currently serves on the board of the Fintech Professionals Association and several advisory roles to fintech and digital identity startups.

Boe attended West Virginia University.
